3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in Euro. Please note you are responsible for payment of any additional taxes or import duties in your country.

Payment is due at the time of purchase via Paypal. By providing your payment information, you confirm you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping

Prints and posters ordered in Europe and North America are printed and shipped by theprintspace.

For orders outside Europe and North America, we take care of the shipping ourselves. To ensure that your orders arrive safe and sound, prints and posters up to the format A4 are packed flat in robust cardboard. Bigger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy carton tubes. Prints that are shipped in carton tubes ideally spend a few day laying flat before you hang them up - by that, you avoid paper curl.

We will do our very best to ensure that your order is delivered on time; however, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds within Europe and North America are handled by theprintspace.

For orders outside of Europe and North America: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us via e-mail to thekoalaandthetree@gmail.com before returning an item.

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs to the shop are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet our return policy criteria.
